Bryden Foster, former director of UMK.BUILD, has created FOSCON to be his own.

The company is built on the valuable experience that he has taken with him, from his knowledge as an architect to his construction management.

FOSCON is well known for its high end homes, and also intends on extending its expertise in the area of spec homes, as well as into the commercial and industrial sectors.

With the approach of “quality before quantity”, FOSCON intends on giving every client it’s full dedication which ultimately leads to superior quality, on-time and error free delivery.
